Recently LinkedIn News Europe published a post "22 Big Ideas that will change our world in 2022", we highlighted 5 points that could change the usual approach to work ⬇️

1️⃣ Open conversation about salary. The candidate's market will force employers to be transparent about their finances. Thus, every teammate will be able to see how much each of their colleagues earns. This format will have a positive impact on solving the problem of gender and racial pay inequality.

2️⃣ The four-day work week will become a competitive advantage for companies to attract and retain talents.

3️⃣ Neurodiversity. In 2022, more and more companies will understand that having people with different mindsets and approaches to work is not only right, but also effective. The recruiting process will improve. Traditional interviews will be replaced by a flexible format that will allow people to show their potential in a way that suits them. Support, 1x1 mentoring, and equipment adjustments that meet individual needs — all kinds of HR practices will become widespread.

4️⃣ Focus on the psychological comfort of every team member. Support and interaction between teammates will replace competition and individualism.

5️⃣ Commuting will become easier. Flexible and remote work rejects the need to be in the office at a certain time. Now people have the opportunity to choose where and when to work. Thus, traffic will be spread out more evenly throughout the day, and transit systems will get some much-needed relief.
