    What Will Make You Shine in This Role● Proven track record in the US and EU markets.● Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and processes simultaneously.● Exceptional client communication skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships.● At least an Upper Intermediate level of English (both written and spoken).● Flexibility to overlap with US time zones for 2–4 hours daily.

    What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like● Collaborate with Clients: Start with calls to understand hiring needs and align on expectations.● Plan and Strategize: Create tailored recruitment strategies with clear timelines and scorecards.● Source and Assess Talent: Identify and engage top candidates, ensuring a perfect fit for client goals.● Interview Candidates: Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate skills, mindset, and A-Player potential.● Keep Clients Informed: Provide regular updates and maintain alignment throughout the process.● Support Candidates: Guide them smoothly from first contact to onboarding.
