    About the RoleAre you curious, hands-on, and excited about how AI is changing the way we build SEO and content strategies? Statusphere is looking for a bold and driven AI-Powered SEO & Content Strategist to own and elevate their organic content engine.
    This is a high-impact, execution-first role with a focus on leveraging AI tools to create, optimize, and scale content that ranks and converts — for real. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the brand’s content motion during a key moment of growth, building on Statusphere’s momentum as a leader in micro-influencer marketing.
    What You’ll Be Doing● Lead the SEO and content strategy — drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.● Use GenAI tools to scale production and streamline content workflows.● Optimize existing content and create new blog posts, landing pages, and gated resources.● Conduct content audits, keyword research, and site health checks.● Track and report content performance using GA4, Search Console, and HubSpot.● Define lead quality, analyze the full-funnel impact of organic efforts, and share strategic insights.● Collaborate with sales, CS, and marketing teams to align on messaging and goals.● Own the content calendar and manage editorial workflows.● Stay ahead of SEO trends and evolving AI use cases — and apply them.
    You Might Be a Fit If You Have...● 2–3+ years in B2B SaaS SEO or content strategy.● Strong understanding of technical SEO, including audits and on-page optimization.● Hands-on experience or deep curiosity around AI tools (e.g., Jasper, Surfer, Content at Scale).● Proven results growing organic traffic and lead conversion.● Excellent skills in GA4, Search Console, and HubSpot.● Bonus: UX/CRO knowledge, reporting dashboards, heatmapping tools.● A growth mindset, a bias for action, and a collaborative personality.

The app connects to an existing Github repository, extracts all the components and visually renders them with their props (like an "automated Storybook"). Users can then make changes to these components with their agents and have the PR of the changes shipped for devs to approve. Some users call them the "Cursor for designers".
    The company is led by two experienced founders (CEO & CPTO), has raised $1.7M in funding and is backed by top investors. The product is live with a 1,200+ team waitlist — and they’re now looking to grow the core team.
    Why This Role MattersAs the first founding engineer hire, you’ll work directly with the CTO and CEO, take ownership of core product features, and help shape the engineering culture and product direction from day one — with equity included, you’ll have direct influence and true skin in the game.
    What You’ll Work On● Build high-impact features at the intersection of LLMs and frontend development.● Work on visual editing tools for live codebases — redefining dev/design workflows.● Collaborate on roadmap execution and design-forward product thinking.● Ship fast, iterate, and contribute to both product and technical strategy.
    What You BringMust-Have Skills:● Expert-level TypeScript and deep front-end engineering skills.● Experience with complex UIs or design tooling (e.g., Figma, Framer, tldraw, Miro).● Curiosity and applied experience with LLMs and AI-first workflows.● Strong design sense — even if you’re not a designer, you care about visual quality.● Ownership mindset, startup mentality, and ability to work independently.Bonus:● Compiler or parsing experience.● Built or contributed to design systems or canvas-based tools.● Prior experience in early-stage startups or founding roles.
