About the RoleWe're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join Statusphere’s high-performing team. This person will act as a strategic partner to brand clients, driving adoption, retention, and growth by helping them get the most out of the platform.

In this role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to C-level executives of US-based tech startups, with a focus on business development, fundraising, financial management, and overall company operations.
Key Responsibilities:● Assist in business development initiatives, including conducting market research and identifying potential partnerships and investors for our startup clients.● Support fundraising efforts by preparing pitch decks, coordinating meetings with investors, and helping to create fundraising materials.● Assist with financial management tasks, including budgeting and financial forecasting for startup clients. ● Provide comprehensive administrative support to C-level executives, managing their schedules, handling email and phone correspondence, and coordinating travel arrangements.● Support overall company operations, including project management and collaboration with other teams.● Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other relevant documents.
